Please join the VetBilling® team in welcoming the newest member of our Advisory Board, Beth Meyers. Beth is currently the Client Service Manager at Frisco Emergency Pet Care in Frisco, TX. Frisco has been a VetBilling® partner since 2017.
Working in a specialty and critical care facility is where Beth first observed the painful gap between what some clients were able to afford and the cost of the medical care their pet needed.
Beth and her entire team of co-workers at Frisco are committed to keeping pets and their people together by providing payment options that prevent economic euthanasia and surrender of pets who already have loving homes. That made her a perfect fit for VetBilling’s Advisory Board.
Beth’s role as an Advisory Board member will be to assist the VetBilling® team in ensuring that we continue to provide premier services that support both pet owners and veterinarians in overcoming the cost barrier to veterinary care.
Because Beth is “on the ground” in an emergency practice and uses VetBilling® on a regular basis, she is well equipped to provide us with authentic feedback and guidance about VetBilling’s performance.
Not all Advisory Board members are VetBilling® partners. This talented group also includes individuals who come from the fields of veterinary law, animal welfare, psychology, and the media. We didn’t want to assemble a Board of “yes men” (and women!) We want members who will hold us to the highest standards, and are willing to honestly critique VetBilling’s performance. This is crucial to our commitment to continuously improve our services to meet the needs of all our stakeholders.
