We have been using VetBilling for about 4 years now. It has been a nice addition to our payment options. VetBilling allows clients to get expensive things done for their pets and have a payment plan option that does not require the clinic to manage it. If someone misses a payment or has problems paying, VetBilling takes care of all the follow-up, not our clinic, and their customer service is friendly and helpful.
